Appearance: Rainie is a rather short girl. She stands at a whopping 4’ 7”, yes she’s really short, but she likes it because she can wear her crazy super high platforms. She weighs about 106 lbs and is rather thin. Some people who don’t know her would think she’s anorexic but spend on meal with her and that thought will be thrown out the window. Trust me, she eats a lot. She also doesn’t look like a twig. She has some shape just not obviously noticeable.
Now about her hair… it changes colors depending on how she feels. On average it’ll be rainbow colored. When she’s super hyper it’ll be a greenish teal color. When she’s angry it’ll be bright red. When she’s depressed it’s a dark teal blue. When she’s happy it’s a bright blue or rainbow. So watch the hair, it’s important.
Her eyes are also kind of like her hair in the fact that they change but that’s just because she likes crazy contacts. Her natural eye color is brown but you’ll rarely ever see that because she’s in love with her crazy green and teal sparkly contacts. Also she loves eye makeup, so heavy black mascara and eyeliner here we come.
Rainie is also known for wearing crazy clothes. She’s in love with skirts and dresses. She also loves to wear hoodies with short sleeves. She’s big on weird tights and mismatched socks. But the one thing she must have, without question, are a pair of platform shoes. They’re her passion. She has a huge collection and you almost never see her without a pair on.
Overall she’s pretty crazy huh?
Personality: Rainie is normally a pretty laid back person who loves to look for the good things in life. She enjoys a quiet day in the library reading her favorite book just as much as she does a wild party with hundreds of people. She can take any awkward moment and turn it into a laughing fest by doing something random or saying something funny. When she’s bored she dresses up and goes out to toy stores and plays in the aisles. When she’s feeling down she heads to store to look for a new pair of platforms. When she’s hyper watch out, she often ends up blowing something up.
Now most of the time she’s pretty happy but there are a few things that can make her mad:

Rainie is also a pretty smart girl. She has to study a bit every now and then, like cramming twenty minutes before and exam, but she gets it done. She usually holds either an A or a B in every class. She doesn’t really exert more energy than needed to pass, so for all we know she could be a super genius.
History: It was a storm night when a young woman dropped a basket on the door step of the Denton Mansion. She said a quick good bye and kissed the small child inside on the cheek as she rang the door bell and ran. Rainie had laid there not making a single sound, content to sleep. When morning came a maid found the child and took her to the Master. As she handed the child over she read the note that had been attached to the basket.

I know you said we’d never meet again and I didn’t mind then. But shortly after you left I got pregnant. I decided that her life would be better with you than with me. Please, please take care of her.

As she finished he looked down at his child and teared up when she opened her eyes, and he found himself staring at his very own eyes. He couldn’t help but keep her and so he did. She was raised in that very mansion by her father and the head maid Alison, Ali for short.
Her life was pretty normal except for the large amount of money her dad had and the mansion. But despite being rich she never became snobby or conceited. She was a laid back kid who never asked for anything extravagant. It took her till she turned ten to realize that she could affect water and the weather.
She never told Ali or her father, afraid that they might not like her anymore. So when she heard about the merge she revealed to her dad her skills. He was happy for her and soon found out about Tea Garden. As soon as she left middle school her dad bought a town house on the Regalia River and sent her off to school.
Ever since Rainie has been living it up on the island, being your average everyday rainbow haired, platform wearing, Chococat loving teenager.
